As a Six Shooter Cellars Wine Club member, the credit card listed for application will be charged for each wine shipment (including sales tax if shipped in Texas), as well as shipping and handling costs if you choose to have your wine shipped. You will be notified by e-mail before the wine club shipment day. Your credit card will be charged for the wine on that day. If you have the wine shipped to you, we will charge your credit card when the actual shipping costs are known.

A notification email will be sent to you prior to each shipment which will include the amount to be charged. Members are required to receive a minimum of two shipments, after which they may cancel their membership. Members are required to pay for any shipments which have been completed. All members who have chosen to pick up their wine must pick it up by the date stated in the notification email or the wine will be shipped to the member address on file and shipping/handling costs will be charged.

Note: Shipping is not available to Utah, North Dakota, or New Hampshire. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska costs extra.

Membership is only available to persons at least 21 years of age. A daytime shipping address at which a person 21 years or older resides is required. Wine must be signed for by an adult 21 years or older upon delivery. Shipments to a business rather than a residence are delivered faster and safer, so try to ship to one for the best treatment of your wine. Ground shippers will not ship to a P.O. Box.

Unreported change of address, returned packages and redirected packages will result in additional fees and applicable shipping charges will be passed on to the member in question. Please notify us in writing of cancellation of membership or change in address at least 10 days prior to the first day of the shipping month. Please note that if a cancellation notice is not received 10 days prior to the first day of the shipping month, the scheduled shipment will be charged and shipped. The Wine Club membership is void where prohibited. We reserve the right to change or amend the terms of membership as required.
